Kingfisher School hailed by Dagupan SP
FOR ITS 3 CPA TOP NOTCHERS
THE Dagupan Sangguniang Panlungsod has commended the Kingfisher School of Business and Finance (KSBF) in Lucao District for achieving another academic milestone after three of its graduates placed in the top 10 of the October 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
In Resolution No. R-189, authored by Councilors Danielle Francine Canto and Marcelino Fernandez, the city council cited KSBF’s newest top performers: Hannah Katrina de Vera, who ranked second; Erico Sam Bolasoc, sixth; and Sophia Marie Cancino, eighth. The council noted that their achievements further strengthened the school’s reputation as one of the region’s leading Accountancy institutions.
The resolution also recognized KSBF for producing 43 new accountants in the latest examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission. Of the 10,171 examinees nationwide, only 3,460 passed, making KSBF’s performance a standout accomplishment.
Canto said KSBF continues to earn recognition from the Commission on Higher Education for consistently producing topnotchers and maintaining a high passing rate in the Accountancy board exams.
“It is but fitting and proper to commend the Kingfisher School of Business and Finance for producing high percentage rates of board passers in one of the toughest government licensure examinations,” the resolution stated. (Leonardo Micua)
