THE Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Dagupan City Chapter elected on August 13 its new set of officers for the 2025–2028 term, with Michael Fernandez taking the helm as president.

Other officers are: Karlos Liberato Reyna IV, vice president; Jalice Cayabyab, secretary; Marvin Fabia, treasurer; Atty. Jose Netu Tamayo, auditor; Jeslito Seen, business manager; Chrystel Hilary Paras, press relations officer; and Danielle Francine Canto, board director. Their adviser is Chito Samson.

The oath-taking ceremony was led by Acting Mayor Bryan Kua, joined by CAR PCL Regional Council Chair and Baguio City Councilor Leandro Yangot, along with Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Provincial Director Virgilio Sison, DILG Cluster Leader Mel Buada, and City Local Government Operations Officer Royolita Prangan.

Mayor Belen Fernandez, who was on official foreign travel, congratulated the new officers, saying in a Facebook post: “May you remain committed to upholding integrity, unity, and dedication in public service.” (Eva Visperas)
