DOH starts primary care delivery in R1
THE Department of Health (DOH)-Ilocos Region started the roll-out of primary care services in communities through the “Lab for All” and “PuroKalusugan” programs.
First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos attended the “Lab for All” program conducted on February 6, at the St. Vincent Park in Bayambang town where free medical, dental, and other government services were provided to residents.
DOH provided laboratory tests including ECG, ultrasound, blood chemistry, PHILPEN, ophthalmology test, dental services, and free medicines.
Regional Director Paula Paz M. Sydiongco said that they will continue to support the conduct of both programs for the rest of the year. (DOH1-CMU)
