New KBP chapter officers inducted to office
THE new set of officers of the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkasters sa Pilipinas (KBP) chapter in Pangasinan led by Mark Espinoza, station manager of IFM Dagupan, as chairman, was inducted to office on Wednesday, May 16, by Mayor Belen Fernandez at the Dagupan City Hall attended by staff of KBP chapter-member stations in Dagupan and Pangasinan, and non-KBP member stations.
In her message, Mayor Fernandez urged KBP chapter officers and members to uphold the various of transparency, professionalism and dedication to the betterment of the broadcasting industry. In turn, KBP chapter chairman Espinoza assured that they will promote responsible journalism with honor and commitment, as the organization embarks on the journey to serve KBP and its stakeholders with integrity, and innovation.
Inducted with Espinoza were Maricel Montemayor Fronda, station manager of Radyo Pilipinas Dagupan, vice chairwoman; Josie Ulanday, station manager of Bombo Radyo Dagupan; Emmanuel Sibayan, station manager of Love Radio Dagupan, treasurer; and Grace Capito Lubiano, station manager of DWPR, Standard Performance Officer.
Other station managers present were Romeo Umipig, Radyo Pilipinas Taegu; and Violet Valdez of Aksyon Radyo Dagupan. (Leonardo Micua)
