City holds public speaking workshop for barangay, SK officials
THE municipal government of Alaminos City headed by Mayor Arth Bryan Celeste conducted a Public Speaking and Hosting Workshops for Barangay Information Officials (BIO) at the Leopoldo Sison Convention Center last April 3.
Organized by the City Information Office, the day-long workshop was participated in by 80 Barangay and SK officials. Department Head 1 Venus Balgua led the lecturers.
She said the workshop aimed to help the barangay information officials to become more proficient in communication and information dissemination and public speaking so they can effectively provide accurate, timely, and truthful information to the public. (Kim Gealogo)
