Guico III at the opening ceremony, said the province’s vision is guided by a clear mission that encapsulates the commitment to nurturing creativity, discovering talents, and producing meaningful and quality films authentically ‘Made in Pangasinan.’

“We aim to encourage creativity through filmmaking. By fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, we unlock boundless creativity by discovering the talents of Pangasinense in filmmaking,” Atty. Torre added.
