San Carlos City gears up for Mango-Bamboo Festival
THE San Carlos City government is finalizing events and activities for the celebration of the Mango-Bamboo Festival on April 15-20.
Mayor Julier ‘Ayoy’ Resuello, in an interview, said major events will include street dancing competition, Miss San Carlos City Pageant, Educators’ Day, Dog Show, Motor Show, Liga ng mga Barangay Night, Kabataan Night Concerts, and the Coronation Night.
The fiesta was moved one week earlier to avoid conflicts with other towns and cities celebrating their own festivals.
He also directed the completion of road repairs and rehabilitations in the city before the fiesta.
The activities in the city will be held at the Grand Terminal and the City Auditorium. (Ahikam Pasion)
