Manaoag hosts 74th GSP Senior and 5th Cadet Provincial Camp
THE municipality of Manaoag hosted 4, 000 girl scouts from different cities and towns in Pangasinan who joined the two-day Girl Scout of the Philippines’ 74th Senior and 5th Cadet Provincial Camp held at Manaoag National High School last December 8-10.
The camp was administered by the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) Pangasinan Council led by Executive Eufemia De Guzman and Division Coordinator Marie Jimenez.
De Guzman urged the scouts to embrace the encampment as an opportunity and challenge to become bright beacons of leadership as well as altruistic service in their communities.
The provincial camp concluded after a tree-planting activity and clean-up drive at the Manaoag National High School Ground. (Kim Gealogo)
