NO GUN, NO HITMAN — Councilor Redford Erfe-Mejia’s suspected ‘hitman’ (later identified as Mr. Manaois) empties the content of his bag in front of him and Councilors Alfie Fernandez, Alvin Coquia and Marilou Fernandez, all members of the majority bloc to show that he was not concealing a gun as charged by the councilor.
