GUICO HONORS BOY HERO WITH A HANDSHAKE – Gov. Ramon Guico III extends his hand to congratulate 14-year-old Leonard Sambrano after commending him for saving a 5-month-old baby girl and her 8-year-old sister from a burning house in Mangatarem town. Nothing is reported, however, whether the provincial government rewarded Leonard with cash or anything for his singular bravery.
