FANGED IS BACK

THE Pangasinan Police Provincial Office has a new officer-in-charge provincial director.

The order designating  P/Colonel Jeff Fanged, a native of Bontoc, Mountain Province, on Monday, August 15, was signed by P/Brigadier General Robert Rodriguez of the National Headquarters, under the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management.

Fanged replaced P/Colonel Richmond Tadina in a turnover and change of command ceremony at the Pangasinan PPO grounds in Lingayen.

Prior to his assignment, Fanged was assigned to the PNP Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) Luzon Field Unit, which was responsible for the tracking and arrest of rogue PNP Lieutenant Colonel Wilson Magpali in Tayug town on Saturday morning, August 7.

Fanged was well-known in Pangasinan when he was chief of police of Mangaldan and the town was cited for its achievements in the war on drugs during the Duterte administration.

Meanwhile, Tadina will be assigned at the Police Regional Office 1. (Ahikam Pasion)
