Patague, Torre confirmed as provincial administrator, legal officer
THE Sangguniang Panlalawigan confirmed Governor Ramon Guico III’s appointments of Melecio Patague II as new provincial administrator, and Atty. Baby Ruth Torre as provincial legal officer.
Born in Pozorrubio town, Patague was a former three-term vice mayor of Binalonan, where Gov. Guico was also mayor for three terms. He was a graduate in A.B. Political Science at the University of Baguio and finished Bachelor of Laws at the Baguio Colleges Foundation (now University of Cordilleras).
Meanwhile, Torre was born in Mandaluyong City and now lives in San Carlos City, was former president of the Pangasinan chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and former governor of the Central Luzon Chapter of the IBP.
Yet to be appointed by Gov. Guico is the provincial information officer. (Leonardo Micua)
