THE Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP)-Dagupan Chapter recently held a symposium on effective social media engagement held recently at the BCBP Hall in St. Therese Parish Compound, Rizal Extension, this city.

BCBP-Dagupan Chapter head Oscar Navata said the symposium was conducted in preparation for their community’s creation of a Facebook page that will serve as its official platform in the regular posting of their programs, projects and activities.

“It is BCBP’s vision to ‘bring Christ into the marketplace and win the marketplace for Christ’ by evangelizing business people and professionals who occupy positions of responsibility of such a type that they can bring about changes in the culture of their own company and field of expertise,” Navata  said.
