WHEN IN LOVE, HEIGHT DOESN’T MATTER. This year’s Mass Wedding hosted by the Dagupan City government again saw hundreds of live-couples who decided to tie the knot officially. One couple, 6-footer Rene Dela Cruz, 42, from Bonuan Gueset, has to kneel down to kiss his less then 4 feet  partner for 15 years, Criselda Pulido, 39.
