In 2016, Bince was awarded by the Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines as the nation’s first and only Hall of Fame awardee, outstanding in the field of legislation and the longest serving elected board member in the entire country for 25 years.

He was the first and lone awardee for such recognition out of 1,300 provincial board members across the country. (Eva Visperas)
