Humilde served as Parole and Provincial Officer under the Department of Justice in 1991-1992, and as Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator of the province in 1986-1988.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan members expressed their deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to the bereaved family of late Humilde, most especially to his daughter and their colleague, incumbent First District Board Member Margielou Orange Humilde-Versoza.
