The province’s first family was joined by department heads of the provincial government led by Provincial Administrator Nimrod S. Camba and Capitol employees who are also members of the Barangay Capitol Catholic Ministry (BCCM) led by Provincial Governor’s Office Chief Administrative Officer Irmina B. Francisco.

The provincial government regularly holds Via Crucis observation along the Capitol Complex during Lent, but was shelved last year due to ECQ level.
