BELEN WITH THE KIDS—Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez continues her programs for indigent children in Dagupan during her visit at the Malued Fisheries on New Year’s eve by serving breakfast and goodies for their family media noche. With Fernandez are Malued Kagawads Filipina de los Santos and Ronnie de los Santos, and Pangasinan Press and Radio Club president Allan Sison. The activity was followed by a consultation with residents on community problems.
