THE Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPPO) has relieved the chiefs of police in five towns in the province and designated their respective replacements.

The changes covered the police stations of Calasiao, Laoac, Pozorrubio, Bani, and San Quintin.

The turnover of command was led by Deputy Provincial Director for Administration P/Lt. Col. Marceliano A. Desamito Jr. and Deputy Provincial Director for Operations P/Lt. Col. Jose L. Abaya II, under the supervision of Provincial Director P/Col. Arbel C. Mercullo.

Relieved were P/Lt. Col. Ferdinand S. Lopez of Calasiao, P/Maj. Napoleon M. Elleccion Jr. of Laoac, P/Maj. Jordan C. Tomas of Pozorrubio, P/Maj. Dennis B. Cabigat, officer-in-charge of Bani, and P/Capt. Jim C. Valdrez, officer-in-charge of San Quintin.

Designated as new officers-in-charge were P/Lt. Col. Quintin T. Casabar Jr. for Calasiao, P/Maj. Ramsey B. Ganaban for Laoac, P/Maj. Elleccion Jr. for Pozorrubio, P/Maj. Tomas for Bani, and P/Capt. Joseph N. Inay for San Quintin. (Ahikam Pasion)
