P442,000 worth of shabu seized from massage therapist in Urdaneta City

A 61-year-old massage therapist was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Sto. Domingo, Urdaneta City, on Thursday. Police seized 65 grams of suspected shabu valued at P442,000 from the suspect, who is listed as a High-Value Individual and included in the Regional Priority List of the PNP and PDEA.

The Urdaneta City Police and the Pangasinan Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit conducted the joint operation. Authorities also confiscated marked money, a glass tooter with residue, and a gray pouch containing drug paraphernalia.

Mentally-ill man sets fire to family home in Mangatarem

A residential house in Barangay Cabaluyan 2nd, Mangatarem, was set ablaze on the evening of November 4 by a 45-year-old man reportedly suffering from a mental health condition.

According to the 60-year-old homeowner, his son deliberately started the fire before fleeing the scene. The Bureau of Fire Protection quickly responded and declared the fire out by 8:10 p.m., with estimated damage worth P100,000.

No one was injured during the incident. The suspect was later arrested and is now in the custody of the Mangatarem Municipal Police Station.

Dagupan Police seize over P686K worth of drugs in buy-bust op

Police operatives in Dagupan City arrested a female drug dealer and seized over P686,000 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Lucao at around 10:06 PM on November 4, 2025.

Authorities recovered 101 grams of suspected shabu, marked money, boodle money, a cellphone, and a shoulder bag. The suspect faces charges for violating Section 5, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and is now detained at the Dagupan City Police Office.

Druggie nabbed in Bolinao sting op

A street-level drug pusher was arrested in a police operation conducted on November 4 in Bolinao. Authorities seized 15 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P102,000 during the implementation of a search warrant at the suspect’s residence.

The 41-year-old male suspect was found in possession of the illegal drugs, which were packed in two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets. Police also confiscated a weighing scale, a roll of aluminum foil, and a pouch—items believed to be used in drug distribution.

Convenience store robbed in Villasis; one suspect nabbed

Three armed men robbed a convenience store in Villasis in broad daylight, taking over P200,000 in cash and five cellphones from store employees.

According to police, the suspects barged into the store, seized the day’s earnings and the workers’ phones, then fled. Two escaped on motorcycles, while one boarded a bus bound for Bataan.

Authorities tracked the stolen phones via GPS and arrested the third suspect in Tarlac. Recovered from him were two .45-caliber pistols, 21 rounds of ammunition, five phones, and P2,100 in cash. A manhunt for the two others continues.

Woman nabbed for smuggling drugs into Dagupan jail

A woman identified as Melinda Frias was arrested after attempting to smuggle illegal drugs into the Dagupan City jail. Frias, a resident of Barangay Casibong, San Jacinto, was caught during a routine inspection while bringing food to her detained husband.

Authorities said a folded piece of paper hidden under her bag contained a small packet of suspected shabu weighing 0.2 grams, valued at around P100. Jail officials stressed that smuggling illegal substances into detention facilities poses a serious threat to security and will not be tolerated.
