2 barbers nabbed in Rosales drug-bust

 TWO barbers were arrested in an anti-drug buy-bust operation conducted by local police in the town of Rosales.

The arrested individuals, aged 39 and 26, are both barbers, one from Rosales and the other from Sto. Tomas. Authorities recovered 5.67 grams of suspected shabu, with an estimated street value of P38,556 as well as three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing the illegal substance. They are now facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

2 nabbed in Dagupan drug-bust

TWO 18-year-olds were arrested in an anti-drug operation conducted by the Dagupan City Police, resulting in the confiscation of suspected shabu worth P68,000.

The suspects, identified only by their aliases “Negro” and “Paul,” are both residents of Bonuan Binloc.

They are currently detained at the custodial facility of the Dagupan City Police Office and facing charges.

Naked fishpond caretaker nabbed for trespassing

A 20-year-old fishpond caretaker was arrested and detained by local police after being caught trespassing — completely naked and armed with an air gun — in a private residence in Binmaley on October 20.

Authorities from the Binmaley Police Station responded to an urgent call from a 48-year-old male government employee and a 68-year-old female citizen, both residents of the town, who reported a nude man lurking in their yard with what appeared to be a weapon.

Upon arrival, police apprehended the suspect, a resident of San Fabian currently living in Binmaley.

He was brought to a local medical facility for a standard medical examination and is now under police control and custody as the investigation continues.

4 injured in motorcycle-pickup collision in Binalonan

FOUR individuals were rushed to the hospital following a vehicular accident involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck along the Provincial Highway in Barangay San Felipe Central, Binalonan.

According to the initial investigation by the Binalonan police, a 27-year-old male driver from Balungao was maneuvering his pickup truck when it was sideswiped by an incoming motorcycle. The motorcycle was driven by a 20-year-old student, who had a 21-year-old male backrider, both residents of San Manuel.

The impact caused the motorcycle driver to lose control of the vehicle, leading to a crash. Another motorcycle carrying a 22-year-old male, also from San Manuel, was also reportedly involved and injured in the aftermath. All four sustained injuries of varying severity and were immediately brought to the nearest hospital for treatment. Investigation is ongoing.

Woman nabbed for using fake money to buy beauty products

A 43-year-old woman from Taguig City was arrested and detained after attempting to pay with counterfeit money at the Villasis Public Market.

A 51-year-old businesswoman sought help from market enforcers after the suspect tried to pay for beauty products using a fake P500 bill. She immediately detected the counterfeit note using a money detector.

P68k worth of shabu seized in Alaminos drug-bust

Police arrested a 31-year-old man during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Palamis, leading to the seizure of an estimated P68,000 worth of suspected shabu.

The suspect, identified only by the alias “Akki”, is a resident of the area and was caught selling illegal drugs to an undercover operative.

79-year-old grandma nabbed in Rosales Drug Bust

A 79-year-old widow and vendor was arrested in an anti-illegal drugs operation where she was caught with over P42,000 worth of suspected shabu in Barangay Zone II, Rosales.

The suspect, identified only by the alias “Lola”, was the target of a buy-bust operation carried out by local police. The elderly woman is now in police custody and is facing charges.
