Man caught with P204K worth of suspected shabu
POLICE arrested a 46-year-old man and seized suspected shabu worth P204,000, along with a firearm, during a patrol operation in Malasiqui on May 20.
Personnel from the Malasiqui Municipal Police Station were conducting a patrol in Barangay Tambac when they noticed a suspicious individual, identified only by his alias “Budoy,” a resident of the area.
As officers approached, the suspect attempted to flee, dropping a .38 caliber revolver loaded with three live rounds. A subsequent search led to the discovery of approximately 30 grams of suspected shabu.
The suspect and the confiscated items were brought to the Malasiqui Police Station for proper documentation and filing of appropriate charges. (Eva Visperas)
