PDEA continues anti-drug ops during Holy Week
THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) continued to apprehend individuals involved in illegal drug activities even during the observance of the Catholic Holy Week.
“Rain or shine, we will not halt our surveillance and operations targeting those involved in illegal drugs here in Pangasinan,” PDEA Provincial Officer Richie Camacho said.
PDEA was poised to work with other law enforcement agencies last week for inspections at bus terminals.
Since January this year, PDEA confiscated illegal drugs valued at approximately P8 million and arrested 13 individuals associated with drug activities.
Camacho expressed gratitude to the community for their cooperation and reiterated the call for public assistance in the ongoing battle against illegal drugs. (Ahikam Pasion)
