PDEA Pangasinan seizes P6-M worth of illegal drugs in Q1
THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) intercepted illegal drugs worth P6 million through various operations in Pangasinan from January to March 26 this year.
Pangasinan Provincial Officer Richie Camacho said the operations have resulted in the arrest of 11 drug suspects, including a high-value target apprehended on Wednesday, March 26, in Binalonan.
Camacho said these developments demonstrate PDEA’s commitment to combating illegal drug activities in collaboration with the Philippine National Police.
Despite the start of local campaigning for the May 2025 elections on March 28, Camacho said they will carry on with their operations and urged the public to continue providing support and cooperation in identifying and apprehending individuals involved in the illegal drug trade. (Ahikam Pasion)
