Construction worker nabbed for assaulting barangay officials
TWENTY-year-old construction worker Joshua Caspillan Guico was arrested and brought to the police station after allegedly harassing local officials in Barangay Moreno in Binalonan, where he resides.
According to 43-year-old barangay councilor Michael Labitoria Tabara, they responded to a reported act of violence after the suspect reportedly punched his partner in the face, resulting in injuries to her lip. While investigating the incident, a reportedly intoxicated Guico confronted the barangay officials, shouting obscenities, then threw an object at one of the officials but missed his target.

Two arrested in separate Alaminos City drug ops
AUTHORITIES in Alaminos City apprehended two individuals linked to a high-value drug trafficking case, resulting in the confiscation of suspected shabu valued at over P300,000.
The operation was executed as a buy-bust targeting a high-value individual identified as Javir Imam, a 39-year-old cellphone technician residing in Sitio Bagatan Looban, Barangay Pocal-Pocal. During the raid, seized from him were 3 grams of shabu. In a separate search warrant execution, Jalil Diamla Imam, also known as “Oraki,” a 35-year-old cellphone technician from Barangay Pocal-Pocal, was also arrested and suspected shabu weighing 10 grams was seized.

PDEA target nabbed in Urdaneta City drug-bust
A high-value drug target was apprehended in Barangay Nancayasan, Urdaneta City in a drug buy-bust operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in collaboration with the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Arrested was 32-year-old Albert John Palaganas y Mejia, a resident of the area, and authorities confiscated two grams of suspected shabu valued at around P13,600, according to the Dangerous Drugs Board. Criminal charges are currently being prepared against the suspect, who is now in police custody.

Dagupeña druggie arrested in police ops
A woman was apprehended by police in Dagupan City for her involvement in the illegal drug trade.
Authorities conducted a buy-bust operation in Purok-5, Barangay Herrero Perez led to the arrest of the suspect, Agnes Manaoat Mejia, also known as “Kanet” (SLI), a resident of the same barangay.
During the operation, police seized suspected shabu weighing approximately 10 grams with an estimated value of ₱68,000.00. Charges have already been filed against Mejia.

Stolen phone leads to arrest of druggie
A 23-year-old male helper was arrested in Urdaneta City after being accused of theft and found in possession of illegal drugs.
The suspect, identified as Adrian Paul Palatino Santos from Zone 1, Barangay Palina West, was initially apprehended following complaints about the theft of a cellphone. Barangay officials from Poblacion contacted their counterparts in Barangay Catablan when they spotted Santos riding his motorcycle. He was brought to the barangay hall for questioning, when Santos took out the stolen cellphone from his pocket, inadvertently dropping a packet of suspected shabu during the process.

Two injured in Manaoag road mishap
TWO individuals sustained injuries after a motorcycle collided with a cyclist in the town of Manaoag.
Fifty-five-year-old Danilo Quizon Velasquez, a resident of Barangay Pa-o, was riding his bicycle westward when he was hit by a motorcycle driven by 24-year-old Maron De Vera Oaing, a construction worker from Barangay Torres, Mapandan. Both individuals were thrown off their vehicles and suffered various injuries. They were promptly rushed to a local hospital for medical attention.

1 dead, 1 injured in Urdaneta City road accident
AN accident in Barangay Dilan Paurido, Urdaneta City left one person dead and another injured after their car crashed into a post.
The victims have been identified as Bryan Dave Bagayan Cristobal, a 30-year-old mechanic and driver of the vehicle, and his passenger, 37-year-old cook Alrey Jacob Cancino, both residents of the area According to police investigations, the two men were returning home from a night of drinking. They were rushed to the hospital, but Cancino was declared dead on arrival.

House Burns Down in Bugallon
A house was engulfed in flames in the town of Bugallon, leaving significant damage.
The caretaker of the residence, Resty Barog Mabascog, 40, a resident of Barangay Portic, had left to attend church with his family when the incident occurred. The fire was first noticed and reported by their neighbor, Eve Sialmoy Nallonar, 42.
Initial investigation by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), showed the fire is believed to have started in the caretaker’s room. The property is owned by Caroline Alimagno Caragay, a 55-year-old local resident.

Man injured as fire extinguisher explodes
A 23-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after being injured in an incident involving a fire extinguisher in Natividad town.
The victim, identified as Jeffrey Taguba Ragsak, was in the process of refilling a fire extinguisher when it suddenly exploded, hitting him in the lower right leg. Ragsak, a helper and resident of Barangay Nagannakan in Cauayan, Isabela, was preparing for a bubble run event as part of the town’s annual fiesta celebrations. Emergency responders quickly transported Ragsak to a nearby medical facility for treatment following the incident. Details of his current condition is still unavailable.

4 laborers nabbed in Manaoag theft
FOUR construction workers were arrested in connection with the theft of several sacks of cement from a construction site in Manaoag.
Eric John Cornejo Derafera, a 31-year-old engineer residing in Nueva Ecija, reported the incident to local authorities. He informed the police that 20 sacks of cement were missing from the construction site located in Barangay Poblacion, allegedly stolen by four suspects, identified as: 60-year-old Alberto Abubo Mallari, 35-year-old Jonathan Cando Sorinio, both from Guimba, Nueva Ecija; 35-year-old Alvin Nuto Velasco from Barangay Baritao, Manaoag; and 21-year-old Elmer Lalata Tamondong, currently residing in Barangay Pugaro, Manaoag.
Police conducted a follow-up operation, leading to the arrest of the suspects and the recovery of the stolen cement. Charges are being prepared against the suspects.
