POLICE and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 1 arrested a 45-year-old barber from Barangay Carmay East, Rosales town on February 10 and seized from him about 51.04 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P347,000.

Suspect Michael Seguerra was apprehended after he sold one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu to an undercover agent.

Along with the drugs, police recovered cash bills used in the transaction.

Authorities are continuing their investigation and will pursue legal action for a case for violation of RA 9165, specifically the possession and sale of dangerous drugs. (Eva Visperas)
