3 major drug suspects nabbed in Malasiqui
THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) apprehended three women identified as high-value targets during a buy-bust operation in Malasiqui last week.
The suspects were identified as Kristine Delos Santos Molina, a resident of Barangay Bogtong; Beverly Perreras Mamaradlo from Barangay Aliagal; and Marisol Caneda Armea from Balintawak, Quezon City.
The joint operation was conducted by the PNP Pangasinan Provincial Office, Malasiqui Police, and PDEA in Barangay Lareg, where they also confiscated approximately 100 grams of suspected shabu valued at P680,000, along with various items including buy-bust money, smartphones, and an SUV.
The arrested suspects are set to face charges for violations of Section 5 and Section 6 of Republic Act 9165, known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. (Ahikam Pasion)
