Six nabbed in Dagupan anti-drug ops

A tricycle driver suspected to be a drug dealer and five other persons were apprehended in Barangay Bonuan Boquig, Dagupan City in a recent operation conducted by law enforcers.

The primary suspect, identified as Roy Sagauinit Magsano, also known as “Taroy,” was taken into custody while two packages of suspected shabu weighing 2.5 grams and with an estimated street value of P17,000 were seized from his house.

The five others arrested were engaged in a pot session in Magsano’s house. They were identified as Robert Martino Apostol, alias “Jung”, 44 years old; John Mark Biason Padilla, alias “Aming”, 29; Renato Balagot Referso (alias “Buda”), 38, a painter; Michael Estano Erfe, alias “Michael”, 32; and Emmanuel Balolong Maramba, alias “Abet”, 64.

The suspects are now facing charges related to illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia possession. Authorities are now tracing the suspects’ illegal drug source and network.  (Ahikam Pasion)
