Shabu worth almost P.5-M seized in Urdaneta buy-bust
COMBINED police and anti-narcotics units arrested a high-value individual and seized approximately 70 grams of shabu, in a buy-bust operation conducted on August 18 at around midnight on Mitura Bridge in Urdaneta City.
The suspect, Alfie Albarillo, 30, a barbecue vendor and resident of Barangay Mabalanias, Angeles City, Pampanga, was apprehended after selling shabu with an estimated street value of P476,000 to undercover operatives.
P/Brig. Gen. Lou Evangelista, Police Regional Office 1 director, commended the operatives and called for continued efforts against illegal drug activities. (Eva Visperas)
