Promodiser killed in motorcycle collision
A 43-year-old motorcycle-riding promodiser in Bugallon was declared dead on arrival at the hospital after a head-on collision with another motorcycle rider.
The incident occurred at 2 AM when the victim, Erwin Aquino Salazar, a resident of Brgy. Umanday, Bugallon, was riding his motorcycle along Romulo Highway in Brgy. Poblacion when an oncoming speeding motorcycle rider, 32-year-old vendor Algemn Bulgario Lopez, a resident of Sitio Orno, Brgy. Poblacion, Bugallon suddenly swerved that resulted in their head-on collision. Both were rushed to the hospital, but Salazar succumbed to his injuries.

45-year-old man injured in tricycle hit-n-run
A 45-year-old resident of Manila was injured by a tricycle that hit and run in Sto. Tomas town.
The victim, Raul Ramos Mendoza, a resident of Malate, Manila, was walking along the Provincial Road in Barangay San Antonio, Sto. Tomas, when he was suddenly struck by a tricycle with plate number 3915EX and Urdaneta Tricycle Permit No. 10776 from behind. Mendoza sustained injuries to various parts of his body. The police are continuing their investigation to identify the driver of the tricycle.

Teen stabbed by drinking companion
A 16-year-old boy Urdaneta City was rushed to the hospital after he was stabbed by his drinking companion.
According to the police investigation, the victim and the suspect were drinking together with other friends when an argument broke out between the two that led to a commotion. The suspect stabbed the victim with a screwdriver. The suspect managed to escape and is currently being sought by the Philippine National Police.

Three injured in Villasis mishap involving tractors
THREE passengers in a utility van were injured in a vehicular accident in the town of Villasis.
The utility van, driven by 62-year-old Virgilio Agapito Pacis from Brgy. Anonas, Urdaneta City, was traveling along the highway in Brgy. San Nicolas, Villasis, when it hit a tractor, driven by 25-year-old Jomar Otiz from Plaridel, Bulacan, that suddenly stopped to prevent hitting a motorcycle in front that suddenly stopped. Then, another tractor head, driven by 49-year-old Renante Rapalya Lacunas from San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, hit the rear of the utility van.
The impact caused injuries to the other passengers in the van. The injured were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Tricycle crashes into six-wheeler truck, 1 dead
A tricycle, driven by 47-year-old Tirso Viray Adviento, was carrying two passengers Teofista Becbec Lazaro and Trinidad Basa. All three are residents of Barangay San Vicente East, Urdaneta City.
A truck driven by 30-year-old Mherven Dacasin Miranda, a resident of Rosario, La Union, and accompanied by Ronald Calaud Bangcaya, attempted to overtake another vehicle when it hit the tricycle that suddenly swerved. The victims sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital. But Basa was declared dead on arrival.

Man hit by truck while crossing the road, dies
A 51-year-old resident of San Carlos City was declared dead on arrival at the hospital after he was run over by a truck.
The truck, driven by 31-year-old Brayan Pantoja Nacion, a resident of Tarlac City, Tarlac was traveling along the Provincial Road in Barangay Perez to deliver a cake when it overtook another vehicle as Rafael Mendoza Padlan, a local resident, was crossing the road to buy bread. The truck struck and run over the victim that resulted in his death. The driver is set to face charges.
