Family of 3 arrested for syndicated estafa
THREE Persons Deprived of Liberty, all members of one family, were arrested by the police inside their cells at the Bureau of Management and Penology in San Carlos City following the issuance of warrants of arrest against them for the crime of syndicated estafa.
The suspects were identified as Melcin Deocaris, 37, Cenon Deocaris Sr., 67, and Editha Palaganas, 33, all from Barangay Ano in San Carlos City.
All were served warrant of arrest for the crime of syndicated estafa with no bail bond recommended by the court for their provisional liberty
The suspects are in jail for another case. (Leonardo Micua)
