AN intel police operative was shot dead by two unidentified men while conducting a surveillance in his Barangay Salas in Bugallon town.

Dead on arrival at the hospital was P/Staff Sergeant Jeffrey Ignacio, a resident of Barangay Salasa and member of the Bugallon Police.

Initial investigation showed Ignacio was on board his car while conducting a surveillance around his barangay when two hitmen riding in tandem ambushed him.

Investigation continues to determine the motive and identities of the two suspects. (Ahikam Pasion)
