Missing PWD found dead
A missing person with disability (PWD) was found dead floating in an irrigation canal in San Nicolas town on Sunday night, August 28.
Victim Nicomedes Sabinay, 29, resident of Barangay San Jose in San Nicolas town, was found by a concerned citizen his floating lifeless body in an irrigation canal in Barangay San Roque.
Police said the victim was reported missing since Friday, August 26. Sabinay’s remains were identified by his father. Police are investigating the circumstances of his death. (Ahikam Pasion)
