A FAITH-healer who was tagged as No. Top 1 Most Wanted Person in San Jacinto town was placed under arrest by the San Jacinto Police on the night of  October 25 while in detention at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology male dorm in Las Pinas City.

The alias warrants of arrest for seven counts of rape against the suspect, Domingo Carrera Jr. of Barangay Labney, San Jacinto, was issued by Regional  Trial Court Judge Caridad Villegas-Galvez of Branch 43 in Dagupan City.

Carrera, an alleged quack doctor or arbularyo, is facing Criminal Cases Numbers 2020-0278 D, 2020-0279, 2020-0280 D, 2020-0281 D, 2020-0282 D, 2020-0283 D, and  2020-0284 D, all with no recommended bail.

All the cases were believed committed last year and against women whom he treated in his faith healing sessions. (Leonardo Micua)
