A SCHOOL’S LONG-AWAITED DREAM — After decades of waiting and countless promises from different politicians, the Mangatarem Central School is finally seeing its dream become reality. New classrooms and a proper school building are rising  — thanks to the leadership of Second District Rep. Mark Cojuangco, who believes that a school, more than just being a second home,  should be a place of hope and dreams. “This isn’t just a building, it’s a dream fulfilled, built brick by brick for the future of every child in Mangatarem,” Cojuangco said in a Facebook video.
