ELEVATED ROAD, DRAINAGE FOR TAPUAC ROAD — Motorists and pedestrians will continue to suffer from perennial flooding along the Tapuac road that hosts 5 schools, 2 hospitals, and 10 popular restaurants each time high tide alone hits the city.
