29 houses in two towns damaged by tornado
A tornado swept through the boundary of Basista and Urbiztondo on August 10, causing significant damage to 29 houses and uprooted trees.
In Barangay Bayoyong, 26 houses were severely damaged, according to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council of Basista.
Another three houses in Barangay Pasibe East, Urbiztondo were also damaged.
Assistance from the local governments is being prepared for the families affected by the tornado. (Ahikam Pasion)
