WHERE HAVE ALL THE FAMILIES GONE? – The scene at the Tondaligan Beach in Dagupan on May 1, 8 am. was not what it used to be. The beach in previous years was always crowded to the brim with families picnicking, swimming, playing where they can find space but not his year.
