BEWARE OF IRRESPONSIBLE SMOKERS – The grass fire that hit the Villa Verde Trail along the San Nicolas- Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya road last February 13, 2024 is ominous of more grass and forest fires with the onset of traditional summer aggravated by the ongoing El Niño phenomenon. The area of the burned grass fire caused by careless disposal of a lighted cigarette butt by a visitor,  still emits smoke when the photo was taken last week in the area.
