Pozorrubio gov’t turns over rescue vehicles to 34 barangays
ALL 34 barangays in Pozorrubio received brand new rescue vehicles for use by all barangays as promised by Mayor Kelvin Chan to enhance public service particularly during calamities.
The purchase and delivery of the vehicles was tagged a priority project in the 2023 Annual Investment Program of the local government.
The vehicles were blessed by Rev Fr. Jun Guerrero Laya, Parish Priest of St. Pio of Pietrelcina in Palguyod, before they were turned-over to the barangay leaders at the Florencio Buen Sports Complex.
The mayor thanked the Sangguniang Bayan, headed by Vice Mayor Ernesto Salcedo III, for passing the resolutions that supported the project. (Gin Quesada)
