SNAPPY ATTIRE AS PROPER DECORUM – Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, keep to their respectable dress code as honorable members of the legislative body, huddle in front of Vice Gov. Mark Lambino during last week’s regular session before Typhoon ‘Egay’ hit home. Many that visit and attend the regular sessions wonder why their respective local sanggunians don’t adopt the same policy, aware that most sanggunian councils in local levels allow councilors to attend sessions in their most casual attires, a policy that does not enkindle respect for their positions, and themselves.
