Rider falls off bridge, dies
A 41-year-old rider died after a road accident in Natividad town on Wednesday, December 21.
Victim Moises Belmonte, resident of Barangay Luna said town, was traversing the bridge located on the same barangay when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a steel post.
As a result, Belmonte was thrown out of his motorbike and fell off the bridge.
He was promptly rushed by responders to the hospital, but was declared dead on arrival.

Rushing tricycle, motorcycle hit people
A 22-year-old man was injured after being hit by a tricycle in Sta. Barbara town early Thursday morning.
Ralph Laurence Bagay, resident of Quezon City, was refilling his truck van when the tricycle driven by Jessie Paras, 41, resident of Barangay Tebeng in Dagupan City, accidentally sideswiped the victim.
Bagay was rushed to the hospital and is now in stable condition.
Meanwhile, Renza Guillermo, a 25-year-old resident of Zone 4 Barangay Pugaro in Manaoag was also injured after being hit by a motorcycle in Barangay Poblacion, Manaoag driven by Teody Basanes, 50, of Barangay Sapang.
The police said the Basanes was under the influence of liquor when the incident occurred.

Rider injured by vehicle’s flying disconnected front wheel
A MOTORCYCLE rider is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital after being hit by a disconnected front wheel of a vehicle in Barangay Samon in Sta. Maria town Monday night, December 19.
Victim Christian Rowell Batalla, 21, resident of Barangay Poblacion East in Sta. Maria town was driving his motorcycle along the national road, when the front wheel of the vehicle following him being driven by Edith Santiago, 49, resident of Barangay Balincaway in Rosales, suddenly detached itself.
The front wheel flew to Batalla and crashed.

Drunk rider dies in road mishap
WHAT could have been a happy night turned awry, after a man riding his motorcycle met his death in a road mishap in Bolinao town Sunday night, December 18.
Victim Fred Taguiam, 35, resident of Barangay Germinal said town, who was drunk at the time, lost control of his motorcycle and crashed on the concrete barrier along the shoulder of the road.
Taguiam was rushed to the hospital, but was declared dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old rider is now under observation after crashing his motorcycle on a truck in Manaoag town.
Elmar Mones, resident of Barangay Poblacion said he was overtaking a vehicle when an Elf Truck being driven by Darius Magat, 36, of San Jose Urdaneta City, suddenly made a left turn along the provincial road of Barangay Lelemaan and met him head-on.
Mones crashed against the truck and sustained injuries, while Magat and his two companions were unhurt.
