THREE congress representatives rated highly in a nation-wide survey for all members of the House of Representatives based on their overall performance for 2022 conducted by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD).

One of the leading performers is 4th District Representative Christopher ‘Toff’ de Venecia, who raked an 89-percent rating, followed by 6th District Representative Marlyn Primicias-Agabas with 86-percent, and Rachel Arenas of the 3rd district with 82-percent.

Dr. Paul Martinez, RPMD executive director, said the ranking of every representative was set by their constituents, based on three criteria – representation, legislation, and constituent service.
