Calasiao schedules Undas cemetery visits by barangay
THE Calasiao local government issued directives and schedule of visitations in the town’s public cemetery for implementation during observance of Undas.
Mayor Mamilyn Caramat said the schedule of visits by barangay will minimize overcrowding in the cemetery:
- On October 29: Only residents of Barangays Ambonao, Gabon, Cabilocaan, Doyong, Nagsaing, and Lasip will visit the cemetery.
- On October 30 – Residents of Barangays Dinalaoan, Talibaew, Macabito, Buenlag, San Vicente and Songkoy.
- On October 31 – Residents of Barangays Quesban, Poblacion East, Mancup, Banaoang, San Miguel and Ambuetel.
- On November 1 – Residents of Barangays Malabago, Longos, Poblacion West, Lumbang, Bued, and Nalsian
The mayor warned that the “No Vaccination or Booster Card, No Entry” policy will be strictly enforced on entering the cemetery, and no children below 11 years old will be allowed to enter the cemetery.
Caramat advised the town’s residents to observe the minimum health protocols by wearing face masks and to bring hand sanitizers inside the cemetery.
Banned inside the cemetery are: liquor, videoke machines, bladed and other deadly weapons. (PIA Pangasinan)
