THE program Kasimbayanan was relaunched in San Carlos City with the signing of a memorandum of agreement among the local government, the church, the local citizenry and the police. 

 

The signing of the agreement, led by Mayor Julier Resuello, representatives of various faiths, and various communities in the city, aims not only to make communities in San Carlos City peaceful and the people God-fearing and law-abiding but to bring down the number of crimes in San Carlos City.
