DOH assures enough COVID-19 vaccinators in Region 1
THERE are enough vaccinators available to the whole of Region 1 for the intensified COVID-19 vaccination throughout the region.
DOH Region 1 Director Paula Paz Sydiongco said the DOH central office is set to deploy six additional vaccinators to complement the present number of vaccinators in Pangasinan because it has the biggest population in the region.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday directed governors and mayors to ramp up COVID-19 vaccination in their respective areas amid the new rising COVID-19 cases in some parts of the country. Some 1.7 million residents are targeted in Region 1 to be given booster shots. (104.7 IFM-Dagupan)
