4 drown in Pangasinan beaches
AN Information Technology personnel drowned at Laguit Beach in Barangay Tupa in Agno town on April 9, the fourth to die from drowning in Pangasinan within two days.
Henry Caasi Jr, 41, who worked at Cognizance Technologies and a resident of Taguig City, was declared dead at the place of incident by the municipal health officer after he drowned. He was the fourth to drown in separate incidents in Pangasinan beaches
There was no foul play involved, the police said.
Nelson Que, 55, a resident of Barangay.171 Bagombong, Caloocan City, drowned at the Nava Villa Beach Resort in Barangay Osmeña in Dasol town on April 8.
On the same day, Raymando Estino, 60 and Wilfredo Estino, 34, both from Barangay Tuding, Itogon, Benguet drowned at a beach in Nibaliw Narvarte in San Fabian. (Eva Visperas)
