All 433 Lingayen LGU employees are drug-free – Bataoil
ALL the 443 employees at the Lingayen local government tested negative in the recently conducted drug tests.
The Lingayen Information Office said those that took the tests conducted by the Municipal Health Office included municipal officials, permanent, casual and Job Order employees.
It may be recalled that three days before the end of December 2021, a surprise random drug test was made by the MHO and the Philippine National Police in response to the program under the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council.
The 443 employees submitted to urine tests and all tested negative of presence of shabu and marijuana.
It was the third surprise drug test on municipal government employees since Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil assumed his post as mayor in 2019.
Bataoil said he is proud to tell his constituents that the employees serving under his administration are all drug-free. (Eva Visperas)
