THE Provincial Health Office monitoring listed the following as having logged only single-digit new cases: Malasiqui (5); Bayambang (3), Sison (3), Sta. Barbara (3), Alcala (2), Anda (2), Basista (2), Bugallon (2), San Quintin (2), Mangatarem (2), Mapandan (2), Natividad (2), Asingan (1), Bani (1), Bautista (1), Binmaley (1), Burgos, (1) Lingayen (1), Manaoag (1), Mangaldan (1), San Nicolas (1), Sta. Maria (1), Sto. Tomas (1), Tayug (1), Villasis (1), and Dagupan, the only independent component city (2).

The twenty-two areas that logged zero COVID active cases were: Agno, Aguilar, Alaminos City, Balungao, Binalonan, Bolinao, Calasiao, Dasol, Infanta, Labrador, Laoac, Mabini, Pozorrubio Rosales, San Carlos City, San Fabian, San Jacinto, San Manuel, Sual, Umingan, Urbiztondo and Urdaneta City.
