Cemeteries, memorial gardens in Dagupan ordered closed Oct. 28-Nov.3
TO prevent a large gathering of people during “Undas”, Mayor Brian Lim issued an Executive Order No. 31 ordering the closure of all public and private cemeteries on October 28 to November 3.
He said that friends and relatives should visit their deceased relatives before October 28 and after November 3.
Under the EO, only persons allowed to enter cemeteries from October 28 to November 3 are those bringing their dead kin to be buried and those for cremation. (Leonardo Micua)
